NEW FAVE! Big Russ Beer Cheese

Shopping for Notre Dame post-game snacks this weekend, Martin's Supermarket was sampling BIG RUSS PREMIUM BEER CHEESE.  Who am I to turn down free food?  :-)
OMG!  It is AMAZING!  It is made with real beer and perfect for Autumn and holiday snacking!

Made with REAL cheddar and REAL beer and you can totally tell because it is SO yummy!  It is a little pricey at  an 8 oz. container coming it at $5.40 with .70 off for a GAME DAY special.  But it is worth it for a splurge every now and then and is definitely a new favorite! 

As we celebrated the desimation of Air Force by our beloved IRISH (perfectly perfect fall day on campus with a high of 84 and sunshine), with a post-game cook out, we even spread it on our chicken for an extra kick.  SO GOOD!

 It has a little bit of a kick to it but it only adds to the awesomeness.  If you have it in your local market, give it a try - I am confident that you will be just as addicted as I am!  Good Luck!
