Walt Disney World Design Inspiration photos...

I saw this sign posted in one of the construction areas and felt as if it is speaking directly to me! This is what I need to adopt as my mantra to motivate me to finish my ongoing projects!

Every time I come home from a Disney World vacation, I go through PDD - a phenomenon known as Post Disney Depression. For me, it is about so much more than the parks and the characters, I absolutely love the architecture, gardens and design that makes up Walt Disney World. I lost my first two days of pictures (yes I am SO bummed) but I did manage a few images which I found to be quite inspirational about upcoming projects!

This is the fence at the Old Key West Resort. I love that it is a subtle nod to Mickey Mouse but it is done in an adorable way. This railing & fence design graces the resort throughout.

My Autumn project is to stone a wall in my foyer to add texture and color. I was able to find quite a few pictures where Disney Imagineers incorporated natural stone beautifully...

I also have amazing pictures of molding and wall treatments from the Disney Vacation Club Center at Saratoga Springs Resort. The interiors of this building are gorgeous. I have to locate the pics so I can post them.
